Civil Society Trade Seminar “EU trade Policy: Looking to Eastern

Civil Society Trade Seminar “EU trade Policy: Looking to Eastern” within the framework of the project "Fostering a deeper Europeanization of Moldova" (EMA) will be organized by the Association for Ethnic and Regional Studies of the Republic of Moldova (ASER), on December 10-11, 2015.

 

Objectives of the Civil Society Trade Seminar are:

 

  1. To foster a better understanding of the EU trade policy by Moldovan civil society organizations through a capacity building type event;
  2. To communicate theoretical issues in a policy-oriented way, bringing them into the practical lives of the operating organizations;
  3. To gather input from civil society organizations on how we could better reflect their concerns in the EU trade policy.

 

Are invited to participate in the Civil Society Trade Seminar “EU trade Policy: Looking to Eastern” representatives of: the EU Delegation to Moldova, European Union and Eastern Partnership member states, diplomatic missions, local public authority and civil society organizations, consumer associations, trade unions, employers' organizations, business and professional associations, faith-based groups, research institutes, academia and students, general public (including mass-media).

 

The participation is free of charge; however, registration is mandatory through filling in a registration form before 8 December, 2015.

Programme:

 

Working languages of the Civil Society Trade Seminar are: Romanian and Russian languages with simultaneous translation in English.
